Ubuntu 20.10 (Groovy Gorilla) Release Build

As announced, Ubuntu 20.10 (Groovy Gorilla) has reached the end of its life.

The Ubuntu Cloud image can be run on your personal Ubuntu Cloud, or on public clouds that provide Ubuntu Certified Images.
